They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee all marketing campaigns and promotions targeting operators, clients in Spain.
As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of our client and tailored to the specific needs of operators in the target jurisdiction.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions, encompassing digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media initiatives, and other relevant channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with operators and key clients of our client within the designated jurisdiction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and partnership opportunities.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor research, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Utilize market insights to optimize marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement robust systems for tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions. Generate regular reports, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of the business.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the iGaming industry within the target jurisdiction. Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with marketing analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. Additional language skills may be advantageous.
