Operations Transformation Manager- Supply Chain Operations Transformation – Madrid, Spain

A Day in the Life

You report to the Operations Director and lead cross‑functional programs to modernise plant & HQ operations based in Madrid. The team is transversal, blending operations, engineering, quality and digital profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Shop‑floor Excellence: run process discovery, map workflows, facilitate improvement workshops and deliver initiatives that raise productivity and reduce waste.
• Practical Automation & Tools: identify simple automation or digital aids that solve concrete shop‑floor problems and support pilot implementations.
• Program Delivery & Governance: coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and external vendors; track progress, budgets and business impact.
• Change & Adoption: design clear procedures, practical training and on‑site support to secure lasting uptake.
  
  

We Are Looking For

You are an early‑career Operations/Engineering professional ready to own end‑to‑end plant improvement projects and "run it like your own business".

Requirements & Profile

• Degree: Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or related STEM.
• Experience: hands‑on exposure to factory process improvement (internships/projects) and participation in cross‑functional delivery.
• Core skills: Process Improvement (Lean), Root Cause Analysis, Data analysis & basic dashboards, Project coordination / Agile, Stakeholder & Change Management.
