How will you make a difference?

  • Lead and supervise the Front Office team: Hire, train, motivate, and schedule front desk associates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences: Oversee arrivals, departures, and in-house interactions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Manage operations and financial transactions: Verify accuracy of cash drawers, booking transactions, and reports, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Provide outstanding guest care: Handle inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate with other departments: Facilitate smooth communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other hotel departments.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities: Use suggestive selling techniques to increase occupancy and promote high-value rooms.
  • Prepare WOW moments: Collect guest information, anticipate needs, and create personalized experiences.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel and local area: Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.


Are you the person we are looking for?

  • University/college degree in Hospitality.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in 5-star hotels.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task, lead teams, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guest-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work long hours and different shifts as required.
