Contract Type: Fixed-Term

An established international business is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join its IT function on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in delivering infrastructure improvement initiatives that align with business strategy and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the global infrastructure estate, including maintenance and deployment of servers and networking equipment.
• Administer and support Microsoft identity management technologies and LAN solutions.
• Act as a technical escalation point for the IT Service Desk.
• Support InfoSec infrastructure initiatives in collaboration with Security Specialists.
• Provide expert infrastructure guidance for solution implementation projects.
• Contribute feedback on evolving practices and opportunities to the Infrastructure Manager.
• Collaborate with IT Business Partners to manage expectations and communication for key changes.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Specialist or Engineer.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• - Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• - Microsoft 365 and EntraID
• - Cisco and/or Aruba LAN technologies
• - VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft HyperV

Desirable Skills:
• PowerShell scripting
• Mobile Device Management (InTune, Apple Business Manager)
• Microsoft SQL Server and Office technologies
• Cato Networks, Palo Alto firewalls, CrowdStrike
• Veeam and/or AvePoint
• OT technologies such as Siemens or Rockwell

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage.
