As a Product Designer at North, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving projects end-to-end—collaborating across disciplines and taking full ownership of the design process, from research and UX to visual design. You’ll be deeply user-centered, with a passion for understanding both user needs and business goals, and for crafting thoughtful, creative solutions that balance the two.

As a Product Designer, here at North, you will…

• Collaborate with Partners and Product Managers to understand business goals and key metrics, and translate them into strategic design decisions.
• Conduct user research independently and validate concepts with key users.
• Work closely with clients, incorporating feedback throughout iterative design rounds.
• Design high-fidelity interfaces and build interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain an exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire process—from concept development to interaction and visual design—to ensure outstanding execution.
  
  
  

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Ability to communicate design rationale to clients. You can articulate the ‘why’ and lead discussions around your process, explorations, and conclusions.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices, including understanding when and where different methodologies and techniques should be incorporated into the design process.
• Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools. Big plus if you have experience with motion design or illustration.
• Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
