Job responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES

The Training Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation in the planning, execution, and implementation of the annual training plan across business areas according to the local market needs and ensuring alignment with the brand’s guidelines.

  • Contact clients to invite them to training courses, confirm attendance, and manage final attendee lists.
  • Input attendee data into a local database on a weekly basis.
  • Track training costs and expenses, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Manage and control various materials required for training sessions.
  • Liaise with vendors for the development of training materials.
  • Send necessary materials for training courses and organize warehouse storage.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies for the organization of courses or events, including sending tickets to clients.
  • Reserve rooms and organize C. Dior courses held in the office.
  • Provide logistical support to the international team for the organization and coordination of training materials.
  • Set up new vendors in the system.
  • Create Purchase Orders (PO’s), adjust them as needed, and process goods receipts (MIGO).

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
  • Strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
  • Attention to detail and strong management skills.
  • Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of digital / IT software for the development of training materials and presentations.
  • Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.
  • High level of excel knowledge

Profile

PROFILE NEEDED

MAIN STUDIES Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Events Management. Master’s degree is considered a plus.

LANGUAGES English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.

IT TOOLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in excell. Knowledge of digital platforms.

EXPERIENCE Previous Professional Experience Will Be Considered a Plus.

OTHER Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
