Your mission

This individual will be responsible for leading our company's brand strategy, as well as providing video and editing support for our design team. We are looking for someone with expertise in video creating and editing, campaign analysis, metrics reading, and a strong background in marketing agencies or working with clients in marketing, strategy, branding, audiovisual design, and analytics. You must act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all content reflects our brand values, tone, and identity!

Responsibilities:

  • Help the brand director to develop and execute effective brand strategies that drive brand positioning and perception in the market.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize return on investment.
  • Utilize analytical tools to measure and evaluate the impact of branding and marketing initiatives on brand perception and customer engagement.
  • Create engaging and high quality sports related content, with a special focus on padel and racquet sports targeted for both users and players as well as Clubs.
  • Perform advanced video editing using up-to-date programs and innovative techniques and motion graphics.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, content formats and editing tools. Benchmarking on competitors: Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in brand strategy, video, and audiovisual design, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Propose creative and innovative ideas for new content and campaigns.
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure availability to shoot when needed within the team scheduling.
  • Create and Collaborate with the design team in creating visually appealing and high-quality content, including promotional videos, ads, and branded material.
  • Lead video production projects from conception to post-production, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives. You must have your own recording material: camera, microphone, lights...


Our ideal player:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to analyze and create actions based on engagement metrics
  • Proven experience in video production, with a portfolio showcasing creative video projects across various formats and platforms.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and capacity to record, edit and produce specific content.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital video content creation and distribution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
