Role

You will be aware of new trends and market conditions to provide strategic information to the Head of Commercial. You will attend client meetings, prepare and negotiate contracts and be responsible for commercial team budgets. You will have excellent organizational abilities and have strong leadership skills and work closely alongside the Head of Commercial and other Account Managers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining issues list for each client and sponsoring progress on these issues with the business;
  • Reporting on updates and providing reports to the clients;
  • Responsible for client retention;
  • Working with other members of the team to win new work (Additional services);
  • Contract reviews with the client;
  • Understanding all contractual obligations;
  • Identification of commercial/financial risks in the account;
  • Reporting additional costs to clients;
  • Presenting new services and ideas to clients;
  • Attending team meetings and representing the view of the client at these meetings;
  • Representing Recurrent Energy at external meetings ;
  • Contributing to overall business marketing strategy;
  • Attending client meetings, calls, and site visits.


Requirements

  • Experience as a Junior Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience in the solar industry is desired
  • Experience of managing relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills especially excel and word
  • Contractually competent
  • An understanding of technical issues and key performance KPIs
  • Be financially literate
