OBJECTIVE:

The Operations team provides support to the Front Office departments in the SAM units. The aim of the Operations Team department lies in sharing best practices, synergies and knowledge across the units, so that the information and ways of working are homogeneous and consistent. We are looking for an experienced in Cash and Asset Recon Expert to manage the end to end Cash and Asset Recon process and NAV reconciliation between Aladdin and fund admin system support the Investment Team and resolve the incidences generated by using Aladdin and Local tools at a Global level.

FUNCTIONS:

• Active participation in the Cash and Asset Recon processes in Aladdin system and in the fund admin system by analyzing the information received from the custodians.
• Investigate the pending Exceptions once finished the Recon process.
• Support, oversees and resolve all incidences that could affect other internal or Investment teams processes.
• Investigate NAV calculations discrepancies with Fund Admin system.
• Manage other systems/applications Fund Admin systems..) to obtain more information or solve doubts.
• Coaches new players into the different systems and the company´s processes.
• Strikes to improve any processes actively participating in the Front Office company initiatives.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate must have good knowlegment of Aladdin system.
• Needs to prove that he/she has managed Cash and Asset Recon processes.
• Good knowledgment of accounting and NAV calculations.
• Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures.
• Proactive, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
• Confidence to lead projects.

Our Operations Cash and Asset Recon Expert typically have track records of outstanding professional performance or academic achievement for more than 2 years, along with excellent knowledge of Cash and Recon processes, analytical skills and financial skills as well as strong communication skills. Candidates should have a strong ability to work in a Global collaborative environment.
