- What you'll be doing
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Series B readiness: Own the marketing narrative and performance story that will support Shakers’ Series B funding round.
- Multi-market growth: Lead the go-to-market strategy for Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the UK, ensuring each market has a differentiated yet consistent brand approach. 250-300% growth YoY.
- Channel optimization: Oversee the creation and execution of tailored strategies for paid, organic, events, PR, and partnerships to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Demand generation: Ensure marketing drives a significant share of the qualified pipeline with clear attribution.
- Data-driven marketing : Implement a robust measurement framework, advanced attribution models, and clear lead scoring to enable better ROI tracking and decision-making.
- Content excellence: Direct the creation of flagship audiovisual campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership pieces to position Shakers as a European reference for the future of work.
- CRM & Automation: Oversee nurturing flows, segmentation, and lifecycle management to improve lead quality and accelerate conversion.
- Brand partnerships: Identify and secure strategic alliances with like-minded brands and communities to expand reach and credibility.
- Team empowerment: Build a high-performing team by clarifying roles, fostering collaboration, and developing each member’s skills.
- What we're looking for
- Are a visionary, hands-on VP of Marketing, adept in designing and executing high-impact growth and brand strategies across multiple markets.
- Have experience in scaling B2B SaaS or marketplace brands internationally.
- Excel at transforming data into strategic insights and measurable outcomes, demonstrating mastery across content, performance, and brand marketing.
- Are a strategic thinker and executional leader, capable of conceiving innovative campaigns while inspiring, aligning, and empowering multidisciplinary teams.
- Bring a proven track record of leading brand and growth initiatives that deliver tangible business results.
- Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and adapt swiftly to evolving challenges.
- Lead with empathy, accountability, and resilience—building authentic brand equity and cultivating a high-performance team culture.
- Have deep expertise in content, performance, and brand marketing, complemented by strong cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder alignment.
- What's in it for you?
The salary range for this position is between 75.000€ and 138.000€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.
The salary consists of:
- Between 75.000€ & 120.000€ fixed salary
- Up to 18.000€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (15%)
Participate in Shakers’ long-term incentive program. ESOP pool allocation between €50K and €100K.
