Join Our Team as a Junior Project Scientific Specialist
About This Role
The Junior Scientific Project Specialist provides operational support in the tracking of study-related data in Veeva Vault systems (ClinOps and RIM) for Regulated Activities: Observational and Non Interventional Studies, External Research studies (IIS and ECRs) and Early Access Treatments individual requests and programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the creation of new studies and projects in Veeva Vault in accordance with internal processes and standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure complete and compliant setup of studies/projects in Veeva Vault.
• Maintain study/project data up to date, following internal guidelines and process requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all relevant fields and systems.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to retrieve missing or incomplete information.
• Generate system reports and document status summaries upon request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
- Experience or solid understanding of CTMS systems
- Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus
- English fluent in written, reading, speaking - work will be 100% in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and document tracking tools.
- Have a service-oriented and organized mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, clinical research, pharma) is a plus.
