In this vital role, you will be the crucial link ensuring our clients receive seamless support during medical emergencies abroad. You'll leverage your expertise to manage complex cases and guarantee the smooth operation of our assistance services.

Responsibilities

• Manage Insurance Claims & GOP Processes: Accurately process and coordinate international medical insurance cases. A strong background in Guarantee of Payment (GOP) procedures with hospitals and clinics is essential.
• Coordinate International Assistance: Act as the central point of contact between clients, medical providers, and insurance partners to arrange and authorize medical treatments and services worldwide.
• Provide Client Support: Deliver clear, compassionate, and professional communication to guide clients and their families through stressful situations.
• Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Meticulously document all cases, verify coverage, and ensure all actions comply with company protocols and insurance policy terms.

What We're Looking For:

• Must-Have Experience: Proven professional experience in medical insurance claims management and a solid understanding of GOP frameworks.
• Language Skills:
• Essential: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Highly Preferred: Fluency in other European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian, other). Every additional language is a significant advantage.
• Key Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and superb interpersonal abilities.
