Job Description

As a European Process Manager at Unison Health, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing the company’s operational processes. Your daily tasks will include identifying areas for improvement, implementing new strategies, lead the expansion to new markets and monitoring process performance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in business process management and knowledge of procedure optimization.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience doing commercial work in the health sector.
• Ability to collect and interpret performance data.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a team; strong communication and leadership skills will be highly valued.
• Some understanding and experience managing marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a masters degree that relates to the skills & competencies stated above.

  Work Conditions:

  • 30h per week.
