Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Database Management: Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking.
• Dashboard Management: Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently.
• Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level.
• Allocation: Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels.
• Sample Delivery Fulfillment: Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery.
• Other Assignments: Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Able to start in our Madrid office in February 2nd for 40 hours/week, for a period of 3 months.
• Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude.
• Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels.
• Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
