This is what you can expect
- Assist the Project Manager in managing various project activities (supporting the interface with contractors, manufacturers, and customers, aiding in coordination, risk management, cost control, reporting, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are executed in line with time, quality, and cost expectations.
- Help to build and maintain sustainable relationships with industry stakeholders, fostering trust and mutual respect.
- Contribute to interactions with production areas, focusing on progress reporting to clients.
- Support the organization of human and technical resources to maintain and ensure the accuracy of data in information systems for order intake, sales forecasting, reception, and delivery dates.
- Handle customs clearance and manage export licenses.
- Participate in customer meetings as required.
- Share responsibility for reporting and general communication with customers, acting as a point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager.

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus
