Context of the role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) who is passionate about the FinTech industry, wants to work in a disruptive, fast-growing and exciting environment. • Work on highly available services, exposed mainly by APIs
• Participate in the design, implementation and shipping of new products to internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver high quality, testable, secure, readable, scalable and documented software
• Understand, apply and champion the principles of the agile methodology (code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc..)

• Build and maintain a modular SwiftUI codebase supported by CI/CD pipelines, linters, and a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit, snapshot, and integration tests to ensure reliable releases.

• Mentor and support other iOS developers, contributing to onboarding, knowledge sharing, and establishing high-quality code review practices across the team.

• Proven production experience in Swift and SwiftUI, with solid knowledge of current iOS SDKs and Xcode workflows.

• Strong testing discipline: unit testing and integration testing implemented in CI pipelines.
• Experience setting up or working with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, Fastlane) and automated build/test pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollo de funcionalidades backend utilizando Java y tecnologías del ecosistema Spring.

• Colaboración en revisiones de código y definición de buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

Requisitos

• Experiencia en desarrollo de software de más de 3 años.
• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo backend con Java.
• Experiencia con Spring Boot y Spring Data.
• Conocimiento de arquitecturas de microservicios y arquitectura hexagonal.
• Experiencia con metodologías SDD (Spec Driven Development).
• Experiencia diseñando APIs REST mediante OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Conocimientos de SOLID, Clean Code, DDD y testing.
• Experiencia con Kafka o sistemas de mensajería similares.
• Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.
• Conocimientos de Kubernetes/OpenShift y entornos CI/CD.
• Experiencia trabajando con herramientas como GitHub, SonarQube, Grafana o Dynatrace.
