Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Process Management and Customer Service

• Support rules-based branch activities that require language skills & technical ability.
• Input relevant information in rating tool.
• Operational support for underwriter for Online and Offline business in the Hub.
• Manage broker queries in relation to the Online / Offline business.
• Owning the centralised processes of Operations QA and reporting.
• Support the management of Credit Control queries and root cause analysis.
• Supporting and providing inputs for continuous process improvement across Operations.

Conocimiento de inglés con un nivel avanzado.

Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos y de equipos.

Valorables conocimientos sobre normativas de sectores, países, ATEX.

Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años.

Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y puestas en marcha en empresas EPC o Industriales.

Experiencia en sectores químicos, petroquímicos, oil and gas y farmacéuticas con alto grado de complejidad técnica.

Se valorará aportar experiencia en proyectos a nivel internacional.

FUNCIONES

• Gestionar técnicamente los contratos de servicios durante la puesta en marcha del proyecto asignado: especificaciones técnicas (si se requieren), evaluaciones técnicas (si se requieren), coordinación, cumplimiento de requisitos de acceso a site, seguridad, etc.
• Definir y planificar los recursos necesarios para realizar las puestas en marcha del proyecto asignado, en colaboración con Planificación y el resto de los departamentos implicados.
• Definir y redactar el plan de comisionado del proyecto, de acuerdo con el alcance correspondiente.
• Prestar apoyo técnico a Ingeniería en la definición del Protocolo de Puesta en Marcha que aplique para el proyecto.
• Elaboración de otros documentos específicos que puedan ir asociados a la puesta en marcha del proyecto asignado.
• Asumir la responsabilidad técnica sobre la instalación desde el momento de transferencia de Construcción a PEM y hasta la transferencia de la empresa al Cliente.
• Poner en servicio la instalación, para la transferencia de la empresa al cliente.
• Preparar el acta de recepción provisional a firmar por el cliente.
• Definir y acordar con el cliente la lista de pendientes de PEM (Commissioning Punch-List).
• Recoger la información que, bajo su supervisión y liderazgo, pueda ser oportuna para que Ingeniería pueda emitir la documentación As-Built correspondiente.
• Proporcionar asistencia técnica al resto de Departamentos.
• Complementar, firmar y archivar correctamente los dosieres asociados a los Protocolos de Pruebas y Puesta en Marcha.
• Aprobar, en colaboración con Ingeniería, los resultados de las pruebas de garantía y de funcionamiento realizadas.
