BookinGuru is scaling rapidly across Spain and Portugal, and we are now expanding into Mallorca. We are looking for a high impact operator to lead both Sales and Customer Success in the region.
This is not a corporate role. It is a hands on position at a fast growing B2B2C travel tech company working with leading hotel groups. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building relationships, and ensuring our hotel partners succeed on the platform.
What you will do
• Own and drive hotel acquisition across Mallorca & Ibiza
• Build and manage a strong local pipeline of 4 and 5 star hotels
• Run demos, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle
• Lead onboarding and ensure hotels are fully activated
• Build close relationships with GMs, commercial teams, and concierge teams
• Drive usage, bookings, and revenue growth within each hotel
• Collect feedback from the market and help shape product and strategy
• Represent BookinGuru in the local hospitality ecosystem
What we are looking for
• Strong sales background, ideally in hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS
• Proven ability to close deals and build long term relationships
• Highly proactive and comfortable operating in a fast paced startup
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
• Deep understanding of the Mallorca hotel market is a major plus
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to build, not just execute
