🎯 Misión del puesto

Impulsar la transformación operativa interna mediante el mapeo, estandarización y mejora de procesos, reduciendo manualidades, riesgos y errores.

Usarás KPIs, análisis de datos e innovación para tomar decisiones que optimicen la eficiencia y construyan una operación más ágil, escalable y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

🛠️ ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

• Evaluar, mapear y rediseñar procesos en colaboración con distintas áreas, identificando ineficiencias y oportunidades de mejora, estandarización o automatización.
• Documentar procesos de forma clara, accesible y escalable.
• Definir KPIs clave y aplicar análisis de datos para medir rendimiento, detectar cuellos de botella y guiar decisiones basadas en información fiable.
• Traducir necesidades de negocio en especificaciones técnicas y funcionales, facilitando la comunicación y el alineamiento entre stakeholders durante todo el ciclo de proyectos.
• Definir e implementar planes de acción que impulsen mejoras operativas sostenibles y alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos.
• Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua, desarrollando herramientas, procesos y capacitaciones que refuercen la eficiencia y la excelencia operativa.
  
  

🔍 Lo que estamos buscando

• 2 a 5 años de experiencia en roles similares.
• Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o afines.
• Conocimientos en herramientas de Business Intelligence (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Experiencia en gestión de procesos, innovación y mejora continua.
• Habilidad para la resolución de problemas complejos y pensamiento crítico.
• Enfoque centrado en el usuario (customer centric).
• Certificación Lean Six Sigma (valorable).
• Excelente manejo de Microsoft Excel o Google Sheets.

The design team

We are a distributed team of 28 designers with different skills among multiple geographies across Spain. You'll be joining one of those groups, Design in Tech, where we work closely with Product Design, Design Ops, Web Design, and Core Design to shape and ship our web experience.

We work daily with user research and data teams that help us to make better decisions based on people and data, in order to validate and put into production well-designed and well-executed experiences.

We see ourselves as a humble and fun team self-demanding and committed, and we are looking for ways to have fun together doing design-related activities such as: learning from others in our Design Workshops, providing feedback at our Design Rodeos, and evolving our Design System in our Mobile, Desktop, Advertising, and Comms Glues. This helps us to continue improving as a team, to get to know each other more on the personal side, and build strengths that help us professionally.

The role

We're looking for a Web Design Manager to lead the evolution of Cabify's web ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and business impact. Web isn't just visual craft, it's also architecture, performance, compliance, analytics, and scalability. The web team is responsible for the strategy, quality, and long-term evolution of our key web properties, including cabify.com, brand.cabify.com, cabifylogistics.com, vecttor.es, and more.

You'll join the Design in Tech area and you'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Design, part of Brand & Content with different management and leadership, as well as other stakeholders across the company. Our stack and delivery approach combine design with continuous delivery using Jekyll and Git, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability in close coordination with Engineering and Infrastructure.

What will you be doing

Day to day, you'll balance leading with hands-on guidance, building a scalable web system while keeping focus on measurable outcomes. Some examples of what you'll work on:

• Lead the evolution of the web ecosystem as a business lever: translate goals (acquisition, trust, conversion, compliance) into clear, measurable priorities.
• Connect design and engineering, defining standards and decisions that make our web platform more scalable, efficient, and easy to operate.
• Manage and develop a team of 2 people: continuous feedback, clear expectations, growth, and autonomy aligned with our career framework.
• Ensure system consistency: components, patterns, guidelines, and visual/technical consistency across all web properties.
• Partner with stakeholders in Tech, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data to turn needs into viable web solutions, making trade-offs explicit and impact-driven.
• Drive a data-informed decision culture: define metrics, set up tracking, and turn learnings into continuous iteration.
• Define and evolve processes that reduce friction (briefing, review, QA, documentation, handoff) to avoid firefighting and build sustainability.
• Raise the bar on execution: accessibility, performance, consistency, production quality, and elevating the team's craft.
• Give visibility to the team's work and impact, enabling cross-team alignment and maintaining focus on what delivers the most value.
  
  

What we are looking for

• Experience leading design teams and growing talent through feedback, coaching, and clear expectations.
• The ability to define strategy, prioritize with strong judgment, and execute in a multi-stakeholder environment with complex decisions.
• Strong web design and systems expertise: structure, narrative, consistency, accessibility, and quality standards.
• A business mindset and impact orientation: you translate goals into metrics, read results, and turn learning into decisions.
• Experience working with Jekyll and a Git workflow (repos, branches, PRs/code reviews), collaborating closely with Engineering and Infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of web constraints (HTML/CSS and real production realities) to evaluate implementation quality and ensure coherence.
• Excellent communication skills: you can align, influence, negotiate trade-offs, and explain the "why" to different audiences.
• Humble, curious, and collaborative, with a strong motivation to build a sustainable team with real ownership.

Desde este rol tendrás la oportunidad de marcar una diferencia real, definiendo estrategia, impulsando cambios sistémicos y representando a Cabify en espacios clave. Buscamos un perfil que combine visión estratégica, expertise técnico y liderazgo colaborativo.

🎯 ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

• Diseñar e implementar la estrategia ambiental y de sostenibilidad de Cabify, alineada con la misión corporativa y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.
• Liderar la gestión global de la Huella de Carbono: recopilación y verificación de datos, identificación de oportunidades de reducción, impulso de acciones de descarbonización y gestión estratégica de créditos de carbono.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento normativo en sostenibilidad, incluyendo Taxonomía Europea, CSRD, CSDDD y otras regulaciones relevantes.
• Dirigir la relación con analistas ESG, inversores y stakeholders clave, comunicando de forma clara y rigurosa avances y compromisos.
• Coordinar la elaboración de la Memoria de Sostenibilidad y reportes ESG, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales (GRI, TCFD, SASB).
• Impulsar proyectos transversales con impacto ambiental, como movilidad eléctrica, economía circular, gestión de residuos o eficiencia energética.
• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de Operaciones, Tecnología, Legal y Comunicación, integrando la sostenibilidad en la toma de decisiones.
• Representar a Cabify en foros, eventos y alianzas sectoriales relacionados con sostenibilidad y cambio climático.
  
  

🔍 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Vocación clara por generar un impacto real y duradero en la sostenibilidad urbana.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia en sostenibilidad ambiental en empresa, consultoría o instituciones (idealmente en transporte, energía, tecnología o movilidad).
• Conocimiento profundo de estándares, marcos regulatorios e indicadores ESG.
• Alta capacidad de análisis estratégico, pensamiento sistémico y orientación a resultados.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, influencia y gestión de stakeholders.
• Nivel alto de inglés (C1), oral y escrito.
• Formación universitaria en Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería, Sostenibilidad o áreas afines. Máster o posgrado en sostenibilidad corporativa o cambio climático será un plus.
