Chemtex Global is a multinational branded chemical distributor based in Sunnyvale, California. Our company has become a leading exporter of plastic raw materials to over 15 countries around the world including America, Europe, and Asia.

Position Administrative & Accounting Assistant
Location Hybrid – Office located in Madrid, Spain.
We are now looking for a motivated professional to join us and support the administrative and accounting area of the company.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
You will support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations, including:
- Processing and posting supplier invoices
- Support with general accounting
- Assistance with tax matters, mainly VAT
- Follow-up of payments and collections
- General administrative and office support tasks
- Collaboration in the implementation and daily use of Business Central
👤 Profile We Are Looking For
- Degree or studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Strong interest in accounting and finance
- Good level of English (essential – international environment)
- Well-organized, responsible, and eager to learn
- Good knowledge of Excel (valuable)
- ERP knowledge (especially Business Central) is a plus, but not required
