- Negociación de servicios marítimos con navieras (flete, espacio, free time…).
- Gestión y mantenimiento de acuerdos comerciales en nuestra plataforma de compras.
- Seguimiento de resultados y análisis estadístico del trade.
- Monitorización de tendencias del mercado y novedades de producto.
- Identificación de soluciones logísticas sostenibles.
¿Qué características son necesarias para el puesto?
- Una persona con experiencia en el departamento comercial de naviera, que aporte visión estratégica y capacidad de negociación.
- Con nivel de inglés fluido (oral y escrito).
- Perfil proactivo y orientado a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades sociales para construir relaciones de confianza con proveedores.
- Conocimiento profundo de la operativa marítima y estructura de fletes.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Residencia en Valencia o Barcelona.
- Experiencia previa mínimo un año en puesto similar o relacionado

The Role
Simply.TV is all about creating the world's best and richest TV, movies and series data. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to lead our team of data editors across various domains. In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive quality and performance across your team, and ensure we deliver best-in-class metadata to some of the world's top broadcasters and platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who combines a sharp eye for data, a structured leadership style, and experience from B2B tech environments — ideally within media, metadata, or content operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that Simply.TV continues to set the standard in metadata.
Responsibilities
You are successful when you:
- Lead a team of data editors responsible for the German-speaking market
- Drive operational excellence and ensure high performance, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Own the metadata quality pipeline — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to clients
- Translate client needs into team objectives and implement scalable solutions for ongoing editorial tasks
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to guide data and people priorities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to improve internal tools and workflows
- Act as subject matter expert on metadata structure, taxonomy, and client expectations
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new editors and team leads
Qualifications
You'll thrive in this role if you show:
- A university degree in a relevant area, e.g. Business, Media, or Data
- Experience in metadata, content operations, data management, or editorial production in a B2B tech or media environment
- Strong experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to data
- High level of ownership and accountability in a remote-first, fast-paced, international environment
- Great collaborative skills that make others love working with you
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same
- Exceptional written and spoken English and German (native preferred)

What does a Sales Development Representative (SDR) do at Busuu?
As an SDR at Busuu, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the DACH region, driving new business, and engaging decision-makers in HR, L&D, and Procurement. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, making this one of the most strategic roles in the company.
You will work closely with our Senior Business Development Manager and SDR team to identify, qualify, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities. This role is at the forefront of our expansion, offering fantastic career growth as Busuu scales.
What will you do at Busuu?
- Prospect & engage with HR, L&D, and Procurement professionals through email, cold calling, and social selling
- Strategically plan outreach & lead sourcing to build a strong pipeline
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges
- Schedule product demos for the Senior Business Development Manager
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to generate new leads and maximize conversions
- Qualify and convert inbound leads
- Maintain CRM accuracy, tracking outreach and pipeline progress
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success in a commercial or sales role
- Fluent in German + English
- Ambitious with a hunger to succeed and learn
- Proven ability to build outbound pipeline in the DACH market and create qualified opportunities through various channels by engaging decision-makers
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with solid time management skills
Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or selling to L&D/Training professionals
- Fluent in French as there is scope to prospect into other global markets as we have a need for extra support to the France region but also for Rest of World
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Sales certifications or structured sales training
