Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking a Head of Procurement, Global to define, structure, and lead the company's procurement function as we continue to scale our renewable energy portfolio across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
In this role, you will establish a coherent global procurement strategy and drive greater consistency and efficiency across regions, building and organizing a high-performing team. You will own the category management strategy at the global level (PV, BESS, HV) as well as the regional strategy for EPC contractors and services, working in close partnership with Legal, Asset Management, Engineering, Construction, and Structured Finance. Regional procurement leaders will report into this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the global procurement strategy and budget across PV, BESS, and HV projects
- Define the regional strategy for EPC contractors and services, optimizing the balance between full-service EPC delivery and direct procurement of plant material
- Homogenize procurement activities across projects, moving the function from independent project-by-project management to a unified, scalable operating model
- Lead contract strategy and negotiation in close collaboration with Legal, ensuring robust commercial and risk terms on high-value agreements
- Build, organize, and lead distributed procurement teams across regions, with strong emphasis on people management, development, and team enablement
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Asset Management, Engineering, Construction, and Structured Finance to align procurement with project delivery and financing requirements
- Drive cost management, savings, and supplier relationship management across a growing global supplier base
- Provide leadership to regional procurement heads, setting standards, governance, and accountability across markets
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading procurement at scale, ideally within renewable energy and large-CAPEX construction environments
- Demonstrated experience defining procurement strategy and building/scaling teams across multiple regions; US and EU experience is a must
- Strong command of EPC and commodity procurement (PV / BESS / HV a strong advantage)
- Skills: interpersonal skills, negotiation and influence, leadership, decision-making under pressure, cross-cultural adaptability, and resilience / change management.
- Languages: English required. Spanish and/or Italian are a strong plus
- Willingness to work in Madrid (hybrid model)

Job Description
The Logistics & Quality Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end coordination between manufacturing facilities, transportation logistics, and third‑party quality and logistics service providers.
The role ensures that production schedules, quality requirements, and delivery timelines are aligned and executed efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing & Production Management
- Coordinate production planning with manufacturing partners to meet project schedules
- Monitor manufacturing progress, capacity constraints, and critical milestones
- Act as the primary interface with factories for:
- Production readiness
- Change management
- Issue resolution (delays, defects, capacity shortages)
- Ensure manufacturing output complies with technical specifications and contractual requirements
2. Transportation & Logistics Management
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation from manufacturing sites to project locations
- Coordinate local and international logistics (road, sea, rail as applicable)
- Oversee delivery schedules, Incoterms compliance, customs clearance (if applicable), and site delivery constraints
- Manage transportation risks such as delays, damages, and route constraints
3. Third‑Party Quality Management
- Manage third‑party inspection, testing, and certification providers
- Coordinate quality control activities including:
- Factory acceptance inspections
- Pre‑shipment inspections
- Non‑conformance tracking and closure
- Ensure quality documentation, inspection reports, and certificates are issued on time and in line with project requirements
4. Third‑Party Transportation Providers Management
- Select, coordinate, and monitor third‑party logistics and transport service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, contractual, and service level requirements
- Track logistics KPIs (on‑time delivery, damage rate, response time)
- Handle escalation and corrective actions with transport providers
5. Cross‑Functional Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the central coordination point between:
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Quality
- Project / site teams
- Provide regular status reporting on production, quality, and transportation
- Identify risks and propose mitigation measures related to supply chain execution
- Support claims, back‑charges, or corrective actions related to manufacturing or logistics failures
- Strong experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or EPC supply chains
- Proven ability to manage multiple third‑party service providers
- Solid understanding of quality control processes
- Experience with transportation coordination and Incoterms
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work under schedule pressure and manage competing priorities
