Job Description
Enfinity Global is looking for a Global COE & Finance Transformation Director that will work with the local Finance teams and drive the Group’s integration and transformation objectives. This role will be key to identifying and supporting continuous improvement in policies and procedures across the accounting/financial reporting/business partnering group processes.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation (50%)
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems, initiatives, and processes across finance.
- Drive significant change projects across finance and the wider organizations.
- Support the Global CFO in driving best in class finance processes and structures.
- Lead Rightsizing of finance/accounting teams.
- Demonstrate expertise and in-depth technical capabilities in the areas of Finance such as operations and processes, operating models, global business services and finance technologies.
- Design, implement and deliver accounting/finance process metrics and performance KPIs, month-end closing cockpit
Centre of Excellence (Shared Service Center) (50%)
- Lead/manage (expand as appropriate) the new Centre of Excellence (with Deloitte India) specialized in Finance and working globally across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
- Be the Functional Owner of Finance CoE
- Establish and drive new and automated local and global processes - best in class (model company) controllership practices: i.e. 4 working day closing, account reconciliation tool
- Pilot projects for process and technology improvement.
- Coordinate and interface with international stakeholders. Work closely with the Simplification team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA/ACCA highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to lead significant multi-disciplinary senior teams.
- Significant prior experience in finance process optimization and automation.
- Experience in a range of best-in-class finance disciplines including e.g. systems change, best practice reporting, change management, managing remote teams etc.
- An ability to identify and lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of projects systems, initiatives, and processes.
- An ability to identify areas for improvement and best in class practice.
- A confident, decisive person with strong interpersonal skills
- An accomplished professional who is tenacious and determined

Job Description:
Enfinity Global is seeking a Communications Trainee to support the Communication & Brand department in implementing internal and external communications strategies across all countries where we operate. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and design skills, high proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with expansive growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication:
- Create content for internal communication channels (newsletters, flash info, internal social network).
- Support the organization of internal events, campaigns, and actions to promote employee engagement.
- Assist in writing, correcting, and revising texts.
- Produce and edit internal communication videos.
- Create content for various tech devices (e.g., TV screens, computers, tablets, smartphones) used in the office.
- Support with the design of Power Point Presentations.
Digital Communication:
- Support design and business communications.
- Assist in digital communications efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communications, or Journalism (Master's preferred).
- Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is recommended for the Madrid office.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Communications department or Communication Consultancies.
Skills:
- Organized and meticulous.
- Skills in using different graphic design tools.
- Ability to manage and track multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Desirable experience with social media management
- Interest in renewable energy
