EU Business School is seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Short Courses Coordinator to join our vibrant Barcelona campus team.
About the Role
As a Short Courses Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering our high-quality short programs, from International Summer School to custom executive courses. You’ll work closely with students, faculty, and partner institutions to ensure a seamless learning experience — from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all operational aspects of short courses, from pre-arrival preparation to program wrap-up.
- Liaise with students, faculty, and suppliers to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Support budget tracking, vendor management, and reporting.
- Provide on-site supervision during courses, including events, excursions, and academic sessions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication with all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in education, events, or program coordination is an advantage.

Talent Development Coordinator (Digital Campus)

As a Talent Development Coordinator, this role is key in supporting students’ career development by managing talent development programs, cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners, and delivering impactful career events such as online career days. This position requires a proactive mindset, effective communication, and strategic collaboration to help students build the skills and experiences needed to become attractive candidates while strengthening industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized career guidance and coaching to bachelor’s, master’s, and MBA students, incorporating new resources and tailored advice to support their career exploration and development.
- Design, implement, and manage talent development initiatives, including workshops and short training modules focused on building students’ professional skills and career preparedness.
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate partners to generate internship, job, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
- Organize and oversee a variety of career events such as online career days, fairs, workshops, and masterclasses, featuring international guest speakers.
- Act as an ambassador for EU Business School by collaborating with external recruiters and industry professionals to support recruitment efforts and employer engagement.
- Work closely with Barcelona Campus, alumni and other departments to ensure career EUBS’s global initiatives.
- Support onsite events from Barcelona Campus as staff member, such as Career Days, Business Immersion Weeks, onsite workshops, etc.
- Analyse the tracked information and data, report and evaluate the impact of career programs and events by gathering feedback and using insights to continuously improve offerings.
- Manage biweekly communications promoting career development resources, job and internship opportunities worldwide.
- Stay informed on the latest career-related AI tools, job search strategies, and market trends to enhance services provided.
