About Us:

EUROPEA.RED is an innovative European startup based in Segovia, Spain. We are the first Marketplace connecting European Startups/SMEs with public grant oportunities and financing consultants. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools and funds they need to grow, all within the framework of European Union funding opportunities. We’re building a small, international, and highly motivated team focused on boosting innovation across Europe.

This is an unpaid internship position but if you are from an EU country, except Spain, we can help you get a grant that varies from 600€/mo to 1000€/mo. This amount is more than enough for living expenses in Segovia. A room in a shared flat is about 300€/mo and living (food...) expenses are about 200€/mo.

We look for someone who is decided to learn Spanish and is proficient in English.

What We're Looking For:

We seek dynamic and driven interns with a strong interest in the digital landscape, international business, and media strategies. As a member of our team, you’ll play an active role in helping us expand our services to innovative SMEs across Europe.

Key Requirements:

• Studies related to International Business
• Passion and knowledge of the digital context and online marketing strategies
• Proactive, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
• LinkedIn proficiency (as it’s a critical tool for our outreach)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to learn and grow

Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of design or media tools

• Familiarity with tools like Wix, LinkedIn, YouTube, GQueues, and Mailchimp

What You’ll Be Doing: Advising clients on available EU funding tools and services

• Maintaining and managing customer communications via LinkedIn, email, Video Call and in-person.
• Assisting with lead generation and maintaining the contact database.
• Preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Managing relationships and communicating with target audiences.
• Implementing business development and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Supporting online sales in international markets.
• Using corporate tools (CRM, email, social media).
