At Foodiverse Group, we are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the consistent application of the Group’s quality standards across all international sites.
This role is crucial in aligning quality objectives, maintaining certifications, and working closely with local teams to drive continuous improvement in all quality-related areas.
Responsibilities
• Coordination and assurance of the Group's quality standards at international sites.
• Monitoring of Quality Objectives at international sites and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Receiving, communicating, and managing responses to Quality Inputs from Customers or Consumers across international sites.
• Defining strategic lines for Quality at international sites within Foodiverse Group.
• Implementing systems to evaluate processes and the established Quality Plan at international sites.
• Acting as the key figure and main representative for Quality certifications across all international sites.
• Preparing reports on complaints and developing Quality/Food Safety reports for all international sites.
• Defining, monitoring, and tracking Quality Indicators at international sites, establishing Action Plans, and verifying compliance.
• People and Resource Management: Defining the functions and objectives of the Quality Department for international sites, ensuring training and professional development for teams, and overseeing the planning and allocation of resources for international factory projects.
• Collaborating with Quality departments at international sites to ensure alignment and compliance with Group standards and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards, certifications, and regulations (e.g., ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS).
• Experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel to international sites as required.
