Reports to: Station Manager

Location : Madrid airport

Type of contract: long term contract saturday, sunday and public holidays

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend to and coordinate the needs of operators regarding their flights:
• Receive and process handling requests via email, as well as possible changes in schedule, airports, and airlines.
• Manage slots and flight plans to ensure a proper flow of aircraft.
• Administer the Airtable database to keep records of all services up to date.
• Update the schedule of future and past flights for AENA.
• Process catering requests for flights.
• Coordinate passenger and crew transportation to the aircraft, VIP lounges, and security checkpoints.
• Request aircraft maintenance services, such as oxygen, fuel, and wastewater.
• Manage aircraft parking and possible modifications related to it.
• Facilitate communication with relevant authorities to coordinate customs and security control for passengers and crew. • Handle the necessary procedures for the payment of airport fees.
• f resources are insufficient to attend a flight, request handling services from other companies in the sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken); other languages (Russian, French, German) are a plus.
• Possess a driving license.
• Proven experience in the airport environment is a plus.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated, disciplined,
• Proactive and analytical approach.
• Experience in a multi-faceted, international organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet targets within a demanding workload.
• Hands-on mentality.
