Are you an analytical and detail-oriented purchasing professional looking to grow your career in an international environment? We are currently seeking a Buyer for South Africa, with a structured career path designed to develop into a Procurement Specialist role within two years.
Location & Work Model
- Based in Madrid
- 50% hybrid model: one week working from the office in Madrid, followed by one week remote
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 32.000€
- Variable: 3.000€
- Loyalty Bonus: 2k after first 12 months
- Mail voucher: 110€ (January to November)
- Private health insurance option through flexible compensation (Sanitas)
- 24 working days of annual leave
- Additional paid leave on 24th December, 31st December, and your birthday
- Summer intensive schedule during July and August

In this first phase, we are looking for a Junior Buyer with strong Excel expertise, as current purchasing operations are managed through advanced Excel-based tools. This role requires precision, analytical capability, and the motivation to actively contribute to process improvements.
With the upcoming implementation of Netstock and future integration of Business Central, the successful candidate will play a key role in system adoption and operational optimization.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain roles
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency
- Above-average work pace while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Navision
- Experience in medical devices procurement
- Familiarity with Business Central
- English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
- Clear ambition to grow within the organization
After successfully mastering Netstock and contributing to the Business Central integration, the candidate will evolve into a Buyer Specialist.
