We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join the COO Reporting Team, inside the COO domain.

The responsibility of this team is to establish a fit-for-future and data-driven COO domain through simplified and automated access to data & reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst you will:

• Develop and automate reports / dashboards and gather the requirements of the stakeholders to establish the Business Intelligence and analytical needs of each area.
• Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights; provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support for key projects.
• Manage and respond to internal and external, requests and queries including a variety of reporting requirements.
• Performance reporting: Prepare updates on business and performance metrics (OKRs / KPIs).

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics or related technical discipline.
• Work experience of at least 2 years in a related field.
• Experience with analytical tools supporting data evaluation and reporting, as well as querying large complex data sets (PL/SQL, SAS, etc.).
• Experience in the use of Python.
• Experience in the use BI tooling, such as PowerBI or MicroStrategy.
• Demonstrated use of analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
• Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Flexible, dynamic, capable of working in multidisciplinary environments in coordination with the rest of the areas.

Estamos buscando a un talentoso y entusiasta Analista de Datos para unirse al equipo de Reporting del COO, dentro del dominio del COO.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es establecer un dominio del COO preparado para el futuro y basado en datos, mediante el acceso simplificado y automatizado a datos y reportes.

Tus Responsabilidades Clave

Como Analista de Datos, tú:

• Desarrollarás y automatizarás informes/tableros y recopilarás los requisitos de las partes interesadas para establecer las necesidades de inteligencia empresarial y análisis de cada área.
• Ejecutarás análisis cuantitativos que traduzcan datos en información accionable; proporcionarás apoyo analítico y basado en datos para la toma de decisiones en proyectos clave.
• Gestionarás y responderás a solicitudes y consultas internas y externas, incluyendo una variedad de requisitos de informes.
• Informarás sobre el rendimiento: prepararás actualizaciones sobre métricas de negocio y rendimiento (OKRs/KPIs).
  
  

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o disciplina técnica relacionada.
• Experiencia laboral de al menos 2 años en un campo relacionado.
• Experiencia con herramientas analíticas que apoyen la evaluación y el reporte de datos, así como la consulta de grandes conjuntos de datos complejos (PL/SQL, SAS, etc.).
• Experiencia en el uso de Python.
• Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de BI, como PowerBI o MicroStrategy.
• Uso demostrado de análisis, métricas y benchmarking para tomar decisiones.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (tanto verbales como escritas en inglés).
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, tomar iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan con una actitud proactiva.
• Mentalidad de resolución de problemas.
• Flexible, dinámico, capaz de trabajar en entornos multidisciplinarios en coordinación con el resto de las áreas.
