About The BRIDGE Program
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
- Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC
You will be part of the In-Store Visibility Team in Philip Morris Spain.
We look for support for the implementation of a new visibility guidelines in our trade partners, manage the daily tasks of store design, implement solutions to gain synergies between the departments’ strategy and the field sales force needs.
Responsabilities
- In charge of seamless execution of guidelines and experience in tobacconists
- Management of the stock, scheduling, routing, budget of In-Store Visibility installation
- Contact point with support center to solve any issue related with the In-Store Visibility materials
- In charge of creating system infrastructure to allow processes automation and reporting to measure In-Store Visibility KPIs
- Maintenance of In-Store Visibility CRM tool
- A recent degree in marketing, business management, communication or similar
- Working fluency in English (B2 level and above)
- Excel and Digital Tool Experience is a plus
- Team-player and collaborative skills
- Eagerness to manage several projects at the same time
- A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset
- Effective communication and creative skills from concept to execution – both with agencies and internal stakeholders

About the role
We are in search of a content marketing intern, this role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, trained in marketing to support marketing related daily activities and with interest in healthcare.
Your responsibilities
This position involves daily content creation, management and community building. Among the many tasks you will carry out, the most important ones are:
- Content creation: You will need to demonstrate skills in design, video edition, photo editing, music and control of the different social networks. The ideal candidate is someone empathetic, driven and fast.
- Social Media expertise: Ensuring, tracking and following results as well as understanding paid media, algorithms and tools for scheduling, amongst others.
- Marketing Skills: The candidate needs to be capable of understanding marketing and needs to be able to support or lead marketing initiatives. Being analytical and goals oriented is a must.
- Design: Good skills in design is a must to build ground up a meaningful image, branding and corporate identity.
- Collaboration: You will work within marketing and collaborate closely with product and other teams to achieve established objectives.

- Excel skills.
- Experience using SM platforms, Photo and Video editing tools and motivation to implement AI for optimisation.
- Essential: Entrepreneurial, positive and optimistic attitude towards daily challenges, willing to create, edit and control everything around content creation, community building and marketing activities.

Job Description
From Accor we are looking for a Marketing Intern for a period of 6-9 months for the Marketing department at the Accor support office in Madrid, Spain.
This person should be very focused on digital marketing & web projects mainly through MyAllMeeting to support on content creation, CMS day-to-day tasks etc.
Main responsibilities:
- Utilize MyAllMeeting platform to enhance the digital marketing efforts of the company.
- Support the creation and optimization of digital content across various online channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Assist in managing and updating content within the CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns and promotions, including scheduling, asset management, and performance tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to the digital marketing team as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
What are we looking for in you?
- Master student / Business School / major in digital marketing
- Valued previous experience in digital, e-commerce, preferably on the B2B segment / B2B e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge and experience on website management, CMS, digital trends for B2B
- Excellent skills on Wordpress (mandatory), CMS management, Office, and other digital tools
- Good knowledge of the B2B e-commerce ecosystem and trends
- Fluent in French and English, other languages appreciated (German, Spanish, Italian, etc)
- Based in Madrid
