- Role Purpose
As a Data Analyst – Aftermarket Sales, you will transform complex commercial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for building dashboards, reports, and analyses that support both operational and strategic decision-making across our aftermarket business.
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizationsto support operational and strategic decision-making in Aftermarket Sales.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in customer behavior, product performance, and sales channels.
- Develop and maintain forecasting analyses/models (e.g. demand, revenue, customer behavior) to help improve planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with sales, aftermarket, operations, and management to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Define and track KPIs and metrics relevant to aftermarket performance, customer segmentation, and commercial efficiency.
- Use data to prioritize customers, regions, and product lines, supporting a more targeted commercial approach.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using storytelling and visual analytics.
- Work with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data availability and reliability for analytical use (providing requirements and feedback on data quality and structure).
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, preferably in industries with complex assets (e.g., maritime, manufacturing, logistics, or similar).
- Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Pythonor R).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques from an analytical perspective.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with data that comes from multiple systems, including legacy systems (with support from data/IT teams).
- Experience working in maritime, logistics, or other asset-heavy industries.
- Exposure to data warehousing or data lake environments from an analytical user perspective.
- Familiarity with forecasting methods and basic statistical or machine learning models for commercial use cases.

About The Role
We are looking for a Data Visualization Specialist who is passionate about turning complex data into clear, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces.
In this role, your work will have a direct impact on our customers and internal users, making insights more accessible and actionable through modern business tools, primarily Microsoft Power Platform.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, design, and storytelling, and who wants to grow by not only building dashboards and reports, but also understanding the value of data and the diverse sources it comes from.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (primarily Power BI, as well as Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Translate raw data into meaningful, actionable insights that improve decision-making and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all data interfaces and visual products.
- Learn and apply knowledge of data sources, structures, and business context to continuously improve visualization quality and relevance.
- Strong interest in data visualization, user experience (UX), and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, engaging, and visually compelling way.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn about data value, governance, and integration from multiple sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field is a plus, but not strictly required if you can demonstrate skills and a strong portfolio.
