Role Overview:
As a Local Writer, you will become the bridge between cultures, using your words to engage and inform, while highlighting the stories that matter most to our readers.

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a writer or journalist, preferably focusing on community topics.
- Legal eligibility to work in Spain.
- Ownership of a reliable vehicle for attending events and conducting interviews.
- Deep understanding of the community and alignment with our mission to support cultural integration and the vulnerable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
- You must be based in Mallorca.

Podrás contribuir y crecer con nosotros en la medida que cumples con la siguiente misión:
Buscamos un/a profesional sanitario especializado/a, referente clínico en su Comunidad Autónoma y/ o delegación.
Por otro lado, serás el/la garante de que los procesos asistenciales se desarrollan siguiendo los estándares de calidad de la compañía y aplicando tanto la legislación vigente como la normativa interna para asegurar una prestación segura, eficaz y eficiente.
Persona encargada de asegurar que el personal técnico y asistencial dispone de los conocimientos, la formación y las habilidades adecuadas para desarrollar su labor y , por último, coordinarás proyectos asistenciales y/o validaciones clínicas de equipamiento.
Además de los descrito, tus funciones serán:
- Ser el/la referente del personal de atención al paciente para la resolución de consultas clínicas y técnicas.
- Creación de soportes formativos asistenciales en coordinación con el Responsable Asistencial en Iberia.
- Asegurar la formación técnica y clínica del personal de atención domiciliaria en coordinación con RRHH.
- Formación y seguimiento de la prestación domiciliaria de acuerdo con los procedimientos e instrucciones asistenciales establecidos por la empresa.
- Control y seguimiento de la prestación a pacientes críticos o frágiles (formación, identificación en ERP, requisitos del stock
- Realizar acompañamientos al personal en el domicilio de los pacientes.
- Identificar y comunicar incidencias producidas en los pacientes.
- Soporte técnico y clínico a los prescriptores de la zona asignada junto al Director Delegación / Responsable Comercial para informar y formar sobre las nuevas terapias, servicios y el seguimiento del tratamiento, la adherencia o incidencias con el médico prescriptor de la terapia.
- Gestión de planes especiales a pacientes de alta complejidad incluyendo atención a los paciente en domicilio y/o consulta siempre que sea necesario de acuerdo con los protocolos establecidos dentro del Grupo AL.
- Cumplir y promover el cumplimiento de las normas y políticas de seguridad, calidad e IMS en la actividad asistencial.
- Cumplir y promover el cumplimiento de las normas de uso de las herramientas de trabajo.
Serás el candidato/a si cumples con los siguientes requisitos:
- Estudios: universitarios de Enfemería y/o fisioterapia.
- Experiencia preferible de, al menos 2 años, en visita a pacientes
- Muy valorable conocimientos en pacientes con patología cardiorespiratoria/pulmonar.
- Movilidad geográfica para dar soporte a pruebas diagnósticas por todas las islas

Gestionando la planificación, control y gestión de las operaciones de la delegación, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la misma mediante el control de la logística, el control del mantenimiento de los equipos de los pacientes, el control de los stocks y del almacén, la gestión de la flota de los vehículos, el control de los equipos tecnológicos cedidos a personal asistencial o instaladores, y la supervisión del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y de las normas de seguridad por parte del personal asignado a su cargo.
Para ello, tus funciones serán:

- Coordinar las actividades realizadas por las rutas a domicilio, las consultas (Puntos Inspira) y las revisiones telefónicas.

People & Culture Local Services (PCLS) are Functional Specialists providing unique country expertise to deliver best in class customer experience across the employee life cycle while at the same time driving operational excellence to ensure compliance. Responsibilities
The PCLS Associate focuses on building up on their local HR policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge to work more independently in their role. They work under the guidance of PCLS Consultant or Senior Consultant, utilizing their unique country knowledge, local HR Policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge, and is responsible for delivering People & Culture Local Services portfolio items either onsite or remotely acting as local subject matter experts. These activities include:
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Evaluates and validates local HR policy and legislative compliance for contractual changes, absence management, benefits operations and end of employment.
- Delivers onsite new hire day 1 onboarding sessions.
- Offers a broad 1:1 consultancy to SAP's internal customers on local HR policies.
- Ensures accurate knowledge and content management on all-relevant platforms are in place as well as SAP One updates for PCLS specific portfolio items.
- Acts as a 2nd level case manager for local HR policy queries in a service orientated and compliant way.
- Manages non-digital employee files and HR documentation wet signatures in countries where it is a legal and/or language requirement.
- Supports local regulatory activities to ensure country compliance.
- Continuously monitors service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback seeking ways to improve work and processes, assessing service efficiency, risks, utilization, and customer experience.
- Actively supports on process improvement and innovation initiatives/projects and its subsequent change management activities.
- Acts as a trusted partner and liaison with other HR teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the successful implementation and enhancements of new and existing local policies, tools, and processes as a country subject matter expert.
- In exceptional cases may represent other HR teams who are not located onsite, where on-site HR presence is essential for compliance reasons.
