As a Junior Digital Content Manager, you will support the core user experience by ensuring our content is perfectly organized, monitored, and up-to-date. You will handle the essential day-to-day operations of our platforms, allowing the team to innovate while you maintain the high standards our global audience expects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Digital Content Manager by sourcing, uploading, and organizing high-quality content that our audience wants!
• Perform daily checks and changes of the product content to ensure perfect positioning and visualization across all sites.
• Conduct routine monitoring of content standards and assist in overseeing online chat QA to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as a trend-scout by researching fresh digital trends and dating platform innovations to keep our products competitive.
• Assist in running A/B tests and gathering data from website analytics to help the senior team refine the user journey and improve retention.
• Be up-to-date with the latest AI trends and learn how chatbots can help make our products be cutting edge.
• Liaise with the UX and email team to assist them with ad hoc tasks and promotional copy needs.
• Help with the administrative side of content publishing, including file storage, backups, Google Drive management and basic reporting.
