Desde Aanpak buscamos para uno de nuestros clientes un/a Marketing Communication Manager.
¿ Cuál es el objetivo principal del puesto?
Posicionar la compañía cómo un referente en el sector de actividad, consiguiendo atraer más clientes y mejorar su reputación a través de una comunicación efectiva y eficiente.
¿ Que deberá hacer en su día a día?
- Definición e implementación de la estrategia y el Plan de Marketing y Comunicación con el objetivo de posicionar y dar a conocer la empresa en los diferentes sectores a los que se dirige y conectando su estrategia con el resto de la empresa.
- Establecer el marketing mix adecuado para garantizar los objetivos de generación de pipeline requeridos por la estrategia comercial.
- Diseñar e implementar una estrategia de account-based marketing para dirigirse a cuentas prioritarias a través de acciones personalizadas acordadas con los responsables de cuentas.
- Planificación y seguimiento del budget y de las diferentes acciones a realizar definidas en el Plan de Marketing y Comunicación.
- Dar apoyo en la definición del portafolio de servicios con el fin de poder generar una comunicación clara de los mismos a través de los diferentes canales de comunicación.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo comercial para asegurar los objetivos de desarrollo de negocio, definiendo y llevando a cabo acciones específicas para cada vertical y/o cliente.

About the Role
Client’s Digital Go-To-Market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives focused on improving onsite page performance for all Direct to Customer eCommerce stores, marketplaces and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional projects that enhance our eCommerce operations, improve scalability, and drive digital efficiency across multiple areas of the company.
You will work closely with process owners, RPA developers, analysts, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects, track performance, and ensure seamless execution of digital GTM strategies. You will also focus on improving and continuously optimizing the Google Core Web Vitals for client’s online stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. In addition, lead and manage projects related to web page performance optimization, from conception through to completion.
- Marketplace Enablement
Support the automation of processes and onboarding of 3rd party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- RPA Coordination
Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure impact of implemented bots.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align on priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Performance Monitoring
Support the creation and distribution of performance dashboards and project scorecards. Leverage data to highlight insights, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Documentation & Governance
Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, requirements, risks, and lessons learned. Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with performance tracking tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
