About The Role (Hybrid Position - Marbella, Spain)

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Content Creator to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms, social media, and real-world events. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who has a strong visual sense and wants to grow within branding and content.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually strong graphic assets for social media, ads, presentations, and digital campaigns
• Create engaging motion graphics and short-form animations
• Edit photos and videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and paid ads
• Support social media marketing with creative concepts, formats, and visuals
• Collaborate on ad creatives (static, video, motion) with marketing and performance teams
• Use AI tools to ideate, generate, enhance, and optimize content
• Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, ads, and branded content
• Create or support 3D visuals and elements for campaigns and creative concepts
• Adapt content across tech, real estate, and marketing, while keeping brand identity consistent
  
  

• Strong graphic design skills and a refined sense of visual aesthetics
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Blender, or similar)
• Strong photography/videography skills
• Solid photo & video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
• Knowledge of paid ads and how creative impacts performance
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
• Good copywriting instincts and attention to tone and clarity
• Experience or strong interest in 3D modeling / 3D content
• High attention to detail and consistency
  
  

• Experience with drone operation for creative photo/video content
• Ability to speak Russian or Ukrainian
• Interest in or basic knowledge of Lifestyle & hospitality
• Experience creating content for hospitality brands (hotels, restaurants, lifestyle spaces)
• Background in tech, real estate, or marketing
• Curiosity for trends, tools, and emerging content formats
• Web design and development skills (Figma, Webflow and Framer)
