About The Role (Hybrid Position - Marbella, Spain)
- Provide administrative support to the team and prepare applications
- Assist with onboarding of new Clients, complete KYC and quality checks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members, company employees and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and ensure the accuracy of all data input into systems and on application documents.
- Coordinate with third parties in a professional manner, providing an excellent level of service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast–paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A high level of English is essential
