Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ibiza for an Administrative and IT position. The role involves performing administrative tasks, providing customer service, and supporting the financial operations of the company. Responsibilities include managing communication, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, assisting with IT-related tasks, and analyzing data as required to aid decision-making processes. The role also requires maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Excellent Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills, with a focus on organization and client satisfaction.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making processes.
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance to assist with budgeting, invoicing, and related financial tasks.
- Proficiency in IT-related tasks and familiarity with office software and management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
