We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our team on-site in Barcelona, supporting the execution and coordination of strategic operational projects in an international context.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will help scale our operations by building internal processes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring structured delivery across teams and partners.

You will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to translate strategic goals into execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are aligned and measurable.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable operational processes across key workflows (delivery, vendor coordination, internal enablement)
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership and milestones
• Coordinate external vendors and service partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and quality control
• Define and track KPIs, monitor progress against targets, and provide structured reporting
• Support hiring and onboarding workflows, contributing to internal systems set-up
• Align stakeholders across functions, manage dependencies, and ensure transparent communication
• Identify risks early and propose solutions to keep execution on track
• Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, templates, process maps, playbooks)
• Ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency as the organisation grows

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience and expertise in Project Management, including organizing and leading complex operational strategies.
• Hands-on skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure on-time delivery of services and products.
• Proven abilities in Logistics Management and Inspection processes, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced on-site environment in Berlin, Germany.
• Proficiency in international project management or logistics software is an advantage.

🌍 Language Skills

• English: Fluent (C1 or higher)
• German: Fluent (C1 or higher)
• Spanish is a plus
