A profile capable of developing ideas with festival potential and approaching pitches with hunger and ambition. Preferably with a Copy background, or an Art background with a strong focus on conceptualisation.

• Identify creative opportunities in the day-to-day work and push ideas with the potential to compete at festivals.
• Present and defend the work to clients, connecting creative ambition with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account and Production teams to bring ideas to their best possible version.

What will you bring?

• A portfolio featuring strong ideas, brand thinking and excellence in execution.
• Experience in pitches and an understanding of the level of work competing at major creative festivals.
• Curiosity about culture, platforms and new tools, with the judgement to turn them into creative opportunities.
• Strong written and spoken English.

And since you'll give this and much more, we also want to give you much more:

• A dynamic and creative work environment.
