We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist who loves social media and digital strategy and creativity to be part of our Content & Social team in Ogilvy Barcelona.
Tasks And Responsabilities
- Lead the digital content and social media strategy of multiple clients in the agency.
- Clear vision and definition of objectives, Kpi's and strategic proposals to achieve them successfully.
- Direct collaboration and leadership with teams involved in social media activity.
- Implementation, monitoring and constant improvement of the strategic and tactical plans that are implemented by its clients.
- Perfect understanding of digital metrics and insights and analytical and creative ability to seek constant improvement of results.
- Direct communication and teamwork not only with the agency's internal teams, but also with teams of collaborators and with our clients.
- Lead strategic definitions, from the research phase to the accompaniment in creative implementation and measurement.
- Review, supervision and correction if necessary of the tactics and strategies proposed by colleagues in charge of the clients that this person leads, as well as the creative pieces.
- Present, explain with diligence and open mind the strategic proposals before different audiences, internal teams and clients, both in Spanish or Catalan and in English.
- Ability to react, to identify opportunities and to change plans with agility in order to achieve the best results.
- Person with the ability to handle pressure, variable timmings and pursue results.
- Person with the ability to breathe energy, positivism and passion for a job well done with his collaborators and colleagues.
- Degree in advertising, marketing or similar.
- +5 years working in a similar role and in an agency.
- Strong and demonstrable digital strategic knoledgment in terms of: research, setting goals, defining channel and content strategy, defining KPI’s, working together with creative teams, and implementing strategic and tactical plans with success.
- Advanced use of the Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced use of social networks: TIK TOK is a must. Also FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube…
- Advanced use of social media tools for posting, measurement, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics and monitoring platforms.

Buscamos a un/a Junior Corporate Communication para unirse al equipo de Comunicación de Ogilvy Spain para la amplificación de nuestra presencia y narrativa en el ecosistema mediático español, actuando como un punto de contacto experto y estratégico.
Requisitos
- 1-2 años de experiencia en departamentos de comunicación corporativa.
- Graduado/a en Periodismo o comunicación.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
Estrategia y Ejecución de Comunicación:
- Planificar y ejecutar acciones de comunicación alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de Ogilvy Barcelona y la compañía.
- Elaborar propuestas de comunicación innovadoras y efectivas.
- Liderar la ejecución simultánea de múltiples iniciativas de comunicación, asegurando agilidad y calidad en un entorno dinámico.
- Participar activamente en la comunicación externa e interna de la compañía.
- Gestionar y cultivar relaciones fluidas y estratégicas con medios de comunicación nacionales y, especialmente, de Madrid.
- Identificar oportunidades editoriales y periodistas clave para posicionar a Ogilvy y sus portavoces.
- Actuar como intermediario constante entre la empresa y los medios, facilitando información, coordinando entrevistas y acciones vinculadas.
- Generar "Speaking Opportunities" para los portavoces de la agencia.
- Ofrecer apoyo estratégico en las labores de PR relacionadas con clientes de la agencia.
- Elaborar y redactar documentos y materiales de comunicación estratégicos (notas de prensa, dossiers, presentaciones, informes, Q&A, etc.) para difundir la actividad, valores y visión de la compañía.
- Crear piezas de valor diferenciadas (artículos, fotografías, vídeos) adaptadas a las necesidades de la estrategia nacional.
- Producir contenido visual in-house de alta calidad para enriquecer nuestras narrativas y reducir dependencias externas.
- Impulsar la generación de contenido adaptado a canales digitales y las necesidades de clientes, asegurando una presencia online coherente y diferenciada.
- Gestionar estratégicamente perfiles sociales para capitalizar oportunidades digitales y posicionar a Ogilvy.
- Realizar la monitorización y seguimiento de las campañas de comunicación.
- Elaborar informes y análisis de los resultados obtenidos para evaluar el impacto y optimizar futuras acciones.

- Pensar y ejecutar ideas creativas multicanal para un cliente del sector gran consumo con proyectos internacionales, con un alto nivel de craft y atención al detalle.
- Participar activamente en pitches y briefs enfocados a la consecución de nuevo negocio.
- Colaborar en la conceptualización, dirección de arte y desarrollo de piezas online y offline, desde la idea hasta la ejecución final.
- Aportar proactividad y pensamiento creativo, contribuyendo al buen ritmo y calidad del trabajo del equipo.
- Coordinar proyectos junto al director creativo, senior art directors y resto del equipo creativo.
- Presentar propuestas a cliente junto al equipo, con enfoque a venta y argumentación creativa.
Estudios
- Graduado/a universitario/a en publicidad, diseño o similar, con una especialización en dirección de Arte o diseño.
- Mínimo 4 años en Agencia creativa.
- Dominio de la Suite de Adobe. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Curiosidad e inquietud por estar al día de todas las tendencias en publicidad y comunicación digital.
- Alto nivel de inglés.
