About The Job
Our Team:
Our team focuses on transitioning prescription (Rx) medicines to over-the-counter (OTC) status, driving regulatory approvals, safety assessments, and commercial strategies to expand consumer access. This includes coordinating cross-functional efforts in compliance, marketing, and digital channels to successfully launch OTC products.
The Digital Functional Expert will be responsible for driving the optimization and integration of ACNU platforms (Additional Condition for Nonprescription Use), ensuring alignment with business goals, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in ecommerce platforms, omnichannel strategies, and headless architecture models to support seamless operations and expansion strategies.
As the digital organization continues to scale its Ecommerce and ACNU capabilities, this role will play a critical part in shaping and building the core digital infrastructure, while also establishing effective collaboration models with business stakeholders and other digital functions. Given that Ecommerce capabilities span across Business Solutions, Technology & Architecture, and Data & Analytics, the role requires strong cross-functional coordination. The team acts as the primary digital partner for the business in all areas related to our scope.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Functional Expert to help built the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital platforms. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining the vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the seamless execution of website enhancements that drive user engagement, conversion, and business growth.
The key job responsibilities of Digital Functional Expert will be:
- Analyze and optimize ecommerce business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth integration of our platforms (Infra, DevOps, SAP, Retailers platforms, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
- Oversee data synchronization across platforms and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Support digital transformation projects.
- Drive marketplace performance improvements through strategic planning and execution.
About you
- Proven experience in a functional role supporting or leading B2B and DTC eCommerce operations.
- Strong background in DevOps practices, infrastructure management, and cloud technologies, with experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Confluence) for effective collaboration and delivery.
- Familiarity with platform performance metrics and product analytics solutions.
- Experience in digital operations, marketplace integrations, and compliance within regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, pharma, ACNU-related domains) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to translate complex business challenges into actionable functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across business, technical, and compliance teams.
- Ability to create clear, detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide product and engineering teams.
- Proactive collaboration mindset with cross-functional teams, balancing business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Deep understanding of Delivery Platform product ecosystem, including its integrations with third-party platforms, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Experience working with API-driven architectures, microservices, and modern SaaS platforms to enable seamless data flow and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and deliver continuous value.
- Understanding on Observability tools and how to implement Dashboards (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Languages: Advanced English required, Spanish or French preferred

About The Job
We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Product Owner to join our Trade Promotion & Revenue Growth Management (TPM & RGM) Digital Product team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that optimize trade promotion strategies, manage promotional budgets, and analyze effectiveness to drive revenue growth and market share.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and sprint priorities in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with TPM and RGM teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of incremental value.
- Ensure digital products meet quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards (e.g., Data Privacy, GxP, SOX).
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve ambiguities to keep projects on track.
- Monitor product KPIs and oversee total cost of ownership, proposing optimization opportunities.
- Support operational excellence through risk management, root cause analysis, and Level 3 product support.
- Oversees total cost of ownership for their product and proposes optimization.
- Relevant experience in implementing Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) products.
- Experience: Proven track record in product, project, or program management, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with TPM/TPO tools such as Xtel TPM, Visualfabriq, or Salesforce TPM.
- Mindset: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across varying seniority levels.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse teams.
- Influence: Able to guide technical and business teams, and confidently say “no” when needed, with empathy and clarity.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes.
- Education & Languages: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Advanced English required; Spanish or French is a plus.
