We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee inland shipments across Europe.

Main responsibilities

• Sourcing and coordinating all inland shipments across Europe, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Managing the creation and maintenance of new items in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and system alignment.
• Monitoring inventory levels in SAP, ensuring consistency between stock records and shipment movements.
• Collaborating closely with procurement and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Knowledge & Skills

• Previous experience in logistics coordination and land transportation.
• Experience with SAP – advantage.
• Good knowledge of European inland transport operations and carriers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
