Role And Responsibilities

As a Test Coordinator you will be a part of the success and you will have direct impact on Samsung’s success and quality of our products

The main tasks you are expected to perform include:

• Validate Voice-activated Artificial Intelligent features
• Contribute to regular progress and final project reports
• Create test cases based on local test environment
• Manage test project schedule
• Quality assurance "end user" testing on Mobile Intelligent terminals (smartphones, tablets and laptops) and accessories (e.g. headset, hands-free, wearable devices)
• Provide informed feedback on interface usability and phone design concept
• Work closely with QA and R&D Engineers in the UK, Poland, India, US, Vietnam & Korea to:
• Discuss and provide information about defects and other issues that arise as a part of testing
• Consider possible impact on market
• Automation of Bixby's features
• Keep abreast of new features and techniques of the mobile devices
• Capacitated or qualified for Business trip to Korea, Europe or all around the world
  
  
  

• Fluent written and spoken English & native Spanish Language
• Capable of making decisions, working independently and organizing own workload
• High self-motivation and ability to work alone, setting sensible priorities, working to tight deadlines, managing conflicting priorities
• A good level of presentation, communication and planning skills
• Approachable, flexible, team orientated and self-assertive where required
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Strong PC skills (especially MS Office Excel)
• A good understanding of documentation requirements
• Python language for automation (recommended, not mandatory)
• Previous experience in Voice Assistants.
• Previous experience in QA testing
• Experience using Mobile Intelligent terminals (smartphones, tablets, watches)
