¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Desarrollar, monitorear y operar el flujo de datos más utilizado y crítico en el cliente Datos de Órdenes de Venta (incl. información posterior a la orden, e.g., envío, devolución, pago)
- Consultar con analistas, científicos de datos y gerentes de producto para construir y mejorar continuamente el KPI de "Fuente Única de Verdad" para la dirección del negocio, como la medición central de Contribución al Beneficio (PC II)
- Redesarrollar antiguos flujos de trabajo heredados a nuevas versiones avanzadas y estándares que sean fáciles de mantener y escalables para demandas futuras
- Aprovechar y mejorar un conjunto de tecnologías basadas en la nube que incluye AWS, Databricks, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow, Python y Scala

What will you do:

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our projects as we scale our operations in Spain.
- Lead utility-scale PV projects, with a primary focus on solar, while also integrating battery energy storage solutions (BESS) and hybrid plant configurations in select projects to enhance grid stability and efficiency
- Execute project plans, align scope, timelines, and resources for successful delivery
- Take ownership of the planning and optimization of evacuation infrastructure, including (shared) substations, transmission lines, and grid interconnection to ensure seamless energy distribution
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction) during the project, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and accountability
- Oversee project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met
- Provide weekly reports to the business and stakeholders on key project challenges, risks, and progress
- Manage budgets, implement effective tracking and reporting, and support cost control activities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field (Master's preferred). PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Proven experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic projects or similar renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of solar / PV energy systems, construction processes, and regulations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving project needs
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous
