You'll collaborate with a global team of 100+ experts, driving quality across the development lifecycle. Leveraging your deep understanding of application architecture, you'll independently manage test planning for features, provide actionable feedback, and foster a culture of quality. Adaptability in agile environments and seamless collaboration with developers are critical to your role in ensuring exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product and architectural requirements to develop detailed test artifacts and perform testing to ensure software meets specified standards
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance overall coverage
- Leverage familiarity with existing principles, practices, and guidelines to follow and refine established patterns
- Track and manage defects effectively
- Increase engineering productivity by creating testing tools and frameworks, integrating them into build and development workflows
- Automate test cases using diverse test automation approaches
- Engage with team members to offer constructive feedback and pursue continuous learning and professional development
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Background in black-box/UI testing with coding and white-box testing capabilities preferred
- Deep understanding of QA processes, including automation test case design for unit tests, service/API component testing, and integration tests
- Knowledge of test strategy development, test case identification, data creation, test execution, results analysis, defect resolution, and environment setup
- Competency in backend testing and web service testing
- Proficiency in at least one additional automation testing tool (e.g., Cypress, PlayWright, ScalaTest, JMeter, Gatling)
- Capability to work with cloud technologies and containerization tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in CI/CD build systems like GitLab, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana)
- Background in programming languages and technologies such as Java, Python, Scala
