What you'll do
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct QA analysis across both web and mobile app platforms, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using Jira and Notion.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and product designers to reproduce and clarify issues.
- Receive and action error reports and feedback from the Customer Success team, ensuring issues are properly logged, prioritised, and followed up.
- Assist in maintaining QA documentation, test plans, and test reports.
- Participate in roadmap execution, contributing to the delivery of new features and product improvements with a quality-first mindset.
- Work actively on identifying opportunities to automate QA processes, contributing to a more efficient and scalable testing workflow.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and overall test coverage.
- Report directly to the Product Managers, working closely with them on priorities and delivery.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude — you don't wait to be told, you spot what needs to be done and take initiative.
- A genuine willingness to listen, absorb feedback, and grow — you see every task as an opportunity to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Curiosity for technology and a genuine interest in building quality digital products.
- Fluency in English and at least one of Spanish or Italian is required.
