About The Role

As the Head of Paid Social at Storio, you will lead our vision for paid social across all our brands. You will guide a talented international team across Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London to drive growth and reach our customers in meaningful ways. This is a leadership role where you will build a high-performance culture and ensure our social strategy helps people celebrate their best memories.

How You Embrace Curiosity Daily

• Create and lead the paid social strategy for all group brands and websites.
• Build strong partnerships with major networks like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest through strategic business plans.
• Partner with our Creative team to brief and develop assets that lead to campaign excellence.
• Look for ways to use automation and new marketing technology to improve how we work.
• Mentor your team to help every individual grow their skills and reach their goals.
• Work closely with Commercial and Analytics teams to find new opportunities for growth.
• Stay ahead of platform shifts and new features to keep our brands competitive.
  
  

• Scale our ad spend efficiently to expand our revenue and customer base.
• Strengthen the role of Paid Social within our media mix by developing a vision and proving the incremental value of these activities.
• Foster a culture of shared insights across the company to drive innovation.
• Use advanced targeting and data to connect Storio with new audiences.
• Take ownership of forecasting and ensure all campaigns hit their performance.
  
  

• Significant experience leading paid social marketing campaigns in an eCommerce setting.
• A proven track record of managing multi-million-euro budgets across different regions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
• Deep knowledge of the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion.
• Excellent analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on data.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience with tools like Smartly and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
  
  

• You have experience testing incrementality and understand complex attribution topics.
• You are comfortable working with OKR frameworks and managing multiple brands at once.
• You hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Responsable directo de la consecución de objetivos de la Tienda (ventas y KPI).
• Garantizar el servicio al cliente dentro de la tienda de acuerdo con los valores de la marca y los estándares de servicio de PUMA.
• Responsable de la selección, gestión y formación del equipo
• Evaluaciones de Desempeño.
• Briefings con el equipo.
• Análisis de clientes, tendencias de compra e información competitiva para impulsar el negocio y dar feedback al Area Manager.
• Gestionar Loss Prevention
• Responsable directo del cumplimiento del Loss Prevention dentro de la tienda.
• Gestionar inventario.
• Participar en nuevas aperturas y asistir a todos los trainings requeridos; puede ser necesario viajar
• Mantenimiento del Visual según los estándares de Puma
• Ejecutar todos los requisitos necesarios para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y conforme para el staff de tienda
• Responsable del cumplimiento de las Políticas y Procedimientos.
  
  

• 2-4 años de experiencia en management (retail) gestionando equipos y producto.
• Gran habilidad de comunicación y motivación.
• Gran habilidad organizativa y de gestión de tiempo.
• Liderazgo
