About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Specialist at Storio, you'll be at the heart of our mission to make joy unforgettable. Based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be the bridge between our Product, Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams, driving growth objectives for both our established and emerging categories.
Your Daily Adventure at Storio:
- Performance Storyteller: You'll dive into the data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and marketing initiatives. Your ability to uncover key trends and opportunities will be crucial, and you'll share your insights with our Product Marketing Lead Specialists to shape our strategic roadmap
- Market Explorer: Guided by our Lead Specialists, you'll embark on market research and competitive analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for Storio to expand our core offerings. Your findings will help us differentiate and connect with our audience on a deeper level
- Content Collaborator: You'll team up with our Brand, Marketing, Commercial, and Studio teams to ensure our products shine in campaigns. You'll help brainstorm innovative ways to showcase the benefits of our physical and digital products and work with content creators to generate engaging blogs, videos, and social media posts that capture imaginations
- Go-to-Market Champion: For our emerging categories, you'll take the lead in developing, planning, and executing exciting go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, coordinating with various teams to achieve our shared goals
- Messaging Architect: You'll support our Product Marketing Lead in crafting compelling value propositions, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels and campaigns that resonate with our customers' needs
- Category Visionary: You'll help formulate a clear roadmap for your emerging categories, building compelling business cases to prioritize resources and drive their evolution
- You'll excel in this role by blending an analytical mindset with a true passion for our purpose. Your contributions will directly influence how our products are perceived and experienced, helping us create unforgettable moments for millions of customers across Europe
- Launch Experience: You've been involved in launching products, developing go-to-market (GTM) plans, or managing product lifecycles, either directly or as part of a team
- Commercial Acumen: You're comfortable self-serving data to analyze and report key trends, building clear hypotheses that drive action
- Strong Communicator: You articulate needs and priorities clearly, both in writing and verbally, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a bonus!
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You're experienced in working with diverse teams like product management, commercial, user experience, and research
- Industry Insight: A solid understanding of the industry, target market, and competitive landscape within which Storio operates
- Customer-Centric: Experience in conducting customer research and interpreting market trends to inform product positioning
- Compelling Storyteller: A strong ability to communicate a compelling product narrative through content, campaigns, and product launches
- Influential Collaborator: Adept at influencing teams without direct authority, driving alignment on product priorities and strategies
- Strategic Thinker: An ability to think holistically about a product or category's role within Storio's overall strategy and the competitive environment
