Responsabilidades Clave

• Limpieza y desinfección: Realizar tareas de limpieza general, incluyendo barrer, trapear, aspirar, quitar el polvo y desinfectar superficies en aulas, oficinas, pasillos, baños y otras áreas según se le asigne.
• Gestión de residuos:Recoger y eliminar los residuos y materiales reciclables de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la escuela.
• Reposición de suministros:Supervisar y reponer los suministros de limpieza, artículos de tocador y otros consumibles según sea necesario para garantizar niveles adecuados de existencias.
• Informar sobre problemas de mantenimiento: Identificar e informar de cualquier problema de mantenimiento o reparación al personal adecuado para su resolución oportuna.
• Proyectos especiales: Ayudar con proyectos especiales de limpieza y tareas periódicas de limpieza a fondo según se le asigne.
• Cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad:Cumplir las normas y protocolos de salud y seguridad en todo momento para mantener un entorno seguro y saludable para todos los ocupantes de las instalaciones de la escuela.
• Colaboración:Colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo de limpieza y comunicarse profesionalmente con el personal y los administradores de la escuela.
  
  

Tareas Principales

• Los deberes incluyen la limpieza diaria de una escuela/universidad diversa para incluir pulido, desempolvado, fregado y uso de equipos comerciales de limpieza.
• Rellenar una hoja de registro diaria para confirmar que se ha limpiado una zona específica.
• Limpieza a fondo de superficies y suelos en aulas, pasillos, oficinas, etc., prestando especial atención a las esquinas de las habitaciones y debajo de muebles y accesorios.
• Se limpiará el polvo de las aulas asignadas, escaleras y paredes de los pasillos.
• Limpieza y mantenimiento de la zona de recepción asignada.
• Limpieza, limpieza y barrido de la sala de profesores en las horas asignadas.
• Limpieza de otros edificios dentro del recinto escolar, por ejemplo, el pabellón de deportes, si procede.
• Fregado y limpieza de agua o derrames en el suelo. Retirada segura de residuos y basura a los puntos de eliminación asignados, teniendo especial cuidado con los líquidos, cristales rotos u otras sustancias que puedan ser peligrosas para el personal y los alumnos.
• Todos los retretes, urinarios, lavabos, lavamanos, etc. deben limpiarse y desinfectarse a intervalos apropiados.
• Debe mantenerse un suministro adecuado de papel higiénico, toallas de papel y jabón.

• La escuela/colegio puede impartir clases nocturnas que requieran apoyo de limpieza cuando sea necesario.
• Pueden ser necesarios patrones de asistencia flexibles, es decir, asistencia durante las tardes/fin de semana si hay clases/eventos en curso.
• Colaborar con el Director de Instalaciones en el pedido de material de limpieza/reemplazo del equipo de limpieza.
• Es posible que en el futuro se añadan aulas adicionales a la escuela/colegio, etc., que entrarán en el ámbito de las tareas de limpieza.
• Apoyar la política ecológica de reciclaje y eliminación de residuos del colegio/instituto.
• Recibir formación en el uso de métodos, materiales y equipos según sea necesario Cumplir con las prácticas de Salud y Seguridad de la escuela/colegio
• Realizar otras tareas que puedan ser necesarias y, en general, llevar a cabo las instrucciones que de vez en cuando pueda dar el Director de Instalaciones o el equipo directivo.

• Experiencia previa: La experiencia previa en limpieza comercial o institucional es preferible pero no obligatoria.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience Required

QTS (Qualified teacher Status) or PGCE

Degree or equivalent in relevant subjects(s)

Good up-to-date subject knowledge and practical skills

Successful secondary teaching experience

Ability to motivate children of differing abilities

Knowledge of the National Curriculum and exam specifications

Knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively

Enthusiasm and a passion for learning
