Company Description
The Madrid EDITION features 200 stylish guest rooms and suites, several with terraces. It offers five unique food and beverage venues, a rooftop terrace with a Sky Bar, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a spa. Located near Puerta del Sol in the heart of Madrid, the hotel is within walking distance of several renowned art museums. Opening in early 2022, The Madrid EDITION will showcase innovative design, luxury service, and unique dining and entertainment experiences, becoming the second EDITION Hotel in Spain following The Barcelona EDITION.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bellman at The Madrid EDITION. The Bellman will assist guests with luggage, provide exceptional customer service, and perform receptionist duties. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, managing luggage services, and ensuring guests have a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Drivers licence is mandatory
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing Luggage
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Training procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
