the opportunity

We’re looking for a Founder to lead a new startup in Agrotech, a sector where digitization, sustainability, and resilience are no longer optional, but urgent.

We’re launching a venture at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and data—designed to generate measurable impact across the food value chain.

As Founding CEO, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of the venture’s go-to-market, product, and growth strategies—bridging cutting-edge technology with real business needs.
• Drive product-market fit by validating solutions directly with industrial leaders, manufacturers, and corporate partners.
• Identify and overcome operational challenges, resolving bottlenecks, and refining the business model through continuous feedback loops.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs to ensure the company grows with speed, resilience, and measurable impact.

what you bring

• Executive or founder experience in Agtech, ClimateTech, food logistics, or rural innovation.
• Ability to translate system-level challenges into product-led solutions.
• Track record of launching or scaling ventures—startup or corporate.
• Familiarity with value chains: from farm operations to export logistics, input management, precision farming, or agri-fintech.
• Hands-on familiarity with collaborative robotics (cobots), AI-driven manufacturing, circular economy models, and human-machine collaboration systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Spanish or English.
• Bonus: Experience with sustainable manufacturing, public-private partnerships, or policy-driven innovation programs (e.g., EU Industry 5.0 initiatives).
