🎯 Your Mission

As a Product Manager at Zinco, your mission is to ensure that product initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality.

You won’t own product strategy or roadmap definition — instead, you’ll be the person who turns product plans into reality.

You’ll drive execution across teams, coordinate timelines and dependencies, unblock progress, and make sure product development runs smoothly as Zinco scales.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations — acting as the operational backbone of the product team.

🛠 Your Responsibilities

1 — Drive Product Delivery from Kickoff to Launch

Own the execution process of product initiatives: from planning and kickoff to final delivery and release.

2 — Build Clear Plans & Timelines

Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines — ensuring teams have clarity on scope and priorities.

3 — Coordinate Cross-functional Teams

Align Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure smooth collaboration and predictable delivery.

4 — Track Progress & Remove Blockers

Proactively manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and unblock teams before problems escalate.

5 — Facilitate Product Rituals

Run and improve execution ceremonies such as sprint planning, weekly check-ins, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.

6 — Documentation & Reporting

Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and reporting for stakeholders — ensuring transparency and accountability.

7 — Improve Delivery Processes as Zinco Scales

Continuously refine our product management frameworks, workflows, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and team efficiency.

🚀 Proven product management experience: You’ve shipped products in fast-paced environments and can point to lessons learned that shaped your craft.
