Job Description:

A vacancy for a Product Owner Quality Digital Solutions has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space.

The successful applicant will join the Air Power Quality Digital team in Spain.

The jobholder will be responsible for development and deployment of digital solutions (Process, Method, Models, Tools & Training) answering to the Air Power Quality business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collect project/program requirements and plan accordingly
• Manage the project related budget quotation and approval
• Contribute and reinforce Q digital strategy in the frame of the project
• Ensure integration of quality processes in domains at project level
• Ensure timely delivery of digital solutions to program needs as per program schedule
• Collect business requirements as user stories together with key user team/ business architects
• Perform Vendor assessment for high level fit/gap as part of Vendor briefing and FIT/GAP workshops
• Explore the proposed out of the box solution with Key user team
• Based on exploration outcome, define implementation user stories maximizing out of the box and aligning with domain strategy (Design, Production, programs...)
• Test implemented solution (UAT)
• Triggering creation/update of BMS process/ method in coordination with BMS and process owner
• Creation/update of training documentation
• Apply data governance in the product following data officer guidance
  
  

Qualification: We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• You are educated to a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent studies
• You have competences in Product Development, Project Management and Quality Tools
• You are interested in learning about how to make the development of aerospace products and services significantly shorter, less costly and more customer oriented through digitalization means
• You are passionate about digital solutions and cutting-edge projects
• You have a customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
• You are enthusiastic about shaping the future and make an impact and have the capability to work independently
• You are a good team player and have excellent communication skills
• You speak English to negotiation level. Spanish will be considered as an advantage and French would be a plus.
