Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Operations Manager, based in Manresa, Barcelona. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing logistics operations to ensure efficient production, delivery, and distribution. The role involves overseeing supply chain processes, evaluating and optimizing operational performance . Coordination with manufacturing and production teams will also be integral to achieving operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and utilizing Analytical Skills for decision-making
• Dedication to providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar role
• Familiarity with manufacturing or promotional products industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is a plus
